Why is it called the Dark Side? Well when the forum was first started, I set all the background colors to black. When people from other forums started dropping in, one of the common things they would say is "Man who turned out the lights?" or "It sure is dark in here". That in combination with the general dark sense of humor of most of our members makes "The Dark Side" quite fitting!

The Spirit World is a bit unusual for an internet group in that we actually meet up and ride together. We had many members meet up for the 2002 Honda Hoot in Knoxville. We all rode the Deal's Gap and have since become "Dragon Junkies". We've been back for our annual "Dragon Run" in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, and we're heading back this year.
